We talk about what Scrum, “the Scrum Guide” and “Scrum Revealed” are. We take apart how the relationship between Agile and Scrum is being built and what lies outside the Scrum Guide.

How to Sell Agile to a Customer

We will take apart how to explain to the client why he should pay for so many meetings and why, as a result, Scrum will let the project be done better. We will talk about what there is so important and valuable in the manifest and all the numerous rules.
