Unit Economics and product metrics

A Product Manager should be able to make decisions based on numbers, not intuition. The Product Unit course is five workshops on metrics, analytics, and finance. No dry theory, instead there is a simulation of the real work, where the necessary indicators are not ”highlighted” and your actions determine the result. Everything is just like in life, only you don't have to risk the real product.

    F.A.Q.

Won't the course be too easy?

No, it won’t. Not even for managers with experience. The course curriculum was developed based on case studies that Product Managers face every day. With us, you won’t see the basic theory that any Product course has. Instead, we’ll do a lot of practice and challenge so that in a month you’ll seriously pump up your current project or prepare for challenging situations in your future job.

So will the course be too difficult?

Not again! The program is adapted to the challenges and responsibilities faced by Product Managers with up to 2 years of experience. If there is anything you find difficult to understand on your own, your personal tutor and course speakers, who are always open to any questions, will help you. Besides, we really care about your results. So, if we notice important gaps in your knowledge, we’ll give you +2 lectures from other courses to tighten the “matrix”.

What can I definitely not expect from the course?

You definitely won’t see in this course:

✓ Dry theory. Our task is to break down practical cases that you will be able to apply in your work right in the course.

✓ Artificial assignments where something is “highlighted.” In homework assignments, we will immerse you in real cases where you will not just calculate pre-prepared numbers using a formula, but make product decisions that mimic working in a product.

✓ A long MBA-format program where you’ll be led by the hand through the theory and practice of unit economics for six months. With us, everything will be fast, and you will master the most essential information already in 5 lectures to make correct decisions in the product. It is not fundamental university knowledge, but it is the basis with which you will easily understand what to do, or what to ask and what to google in case you need to go deeper into something.

Why should I choose this course?

On this course you will get an intensive practical program in just 5 lectures, practice your skills in homework assignments that fully simulate the real life of a Product Manager when working with unit economics. And then not only you will get the right answers, you will get EXACT feedback from the speakers of the course – practitioners.

We won’t dwell on the basic theory which is available in the public domain, we’ll share the tips and tools which will help you to make decisions about the product cost and key metrics. With us, you’ll customize metrics for your product and take a point-and-click approach to managing scaling.

What practical tools do you take apart and give in the course?

In the course, we’ll look at working in Amplitude and Google Analytics, the most common Product Manager tools for analytics. We’ll also be available to help you choose the right tools for your product and even set up an extra demo in a Q&A session.

    Do I get a certificate?

Yes, we will give you a certificate of completion. It will be available in an online format for you to attach to LinkedIn.

Also, if you complete all homework assignments and pass the exam, you may receive a certificate with distinction and a personal recommendation from the speaker.

Is it possible to pay tuition in installments?

Yes, you can, we have installments from reputable banks and various payment splitting arrangements. Leave an application, and we will find the ideal payment scheme for your case.
