    F.A.Q.

    How are the classes conducted?
    • Classes are held in the format of online masterclasses so that students can try out the tools and are able to ask all their questions. Duration of a masterclass – one and a half to two hours.
    • We provide only the most necessary info for mastering skills, all theoretical materials are supported by examples and the lecturer’s real cases.
    • We also help to improve basic skills during practical sessions on webinars. We want to be sure that all students end the course with the right skills.
Why should I choose this course?

We have built the program around the main skills that are tested during interviews for the position of a Senior PM.

Often, even very capable managers with well-developed Soft Skills cannot plan a project for six months, they are afraid of fixed-price projects and work incorrectly with changes. As a result, they can’t stick to release dates and do not know how to increase the margin of the project.

In the course, we do not give theory – only specific skills that you will confirm by solving complex management tasks and by testing your knowledge in lectures and beyond.

How is the practice within the course organized?

We know that you have limited spare time so we give the main practice during classes. Then, to test your knowledge, you will do small homework.

A mentor will personally check each assignment and provide you with feedback. This is the reason why this course has a group limit of only 25 students.

Can I take only those lectures that are interesting to me, instead of buying the whole course?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The lectures are interconnected and the material of each lecture can refer to the knowledge gained from the previous one. In addition, the course contains homework, practice, and work with cases. Therefore, to get the maximum benefit, you need to take the lectures in the order indicated. We added only the most important information to the course. All this will really come in handy if you decide to become a Senior PM.

What level of knowledge is required to enter this course?

The course is good for IT managers with at least three years of experience who have already reached the Middle level and want to develop further. If you are ready to take responsibility for the timing and marginality of the project, we will give you the necessary knowledge and tools.

Not everyone can become a Senior PM because opportunities, career, and financial growth always imply increased responsibility. If you are not afraid of growth, then the Supreme PM course will help you achieve it.

    Will I get a certificate?

Yes, we will issue you a course completion certificate. It will be available online for pinning on LinkedIn.

Also, once you complete all homework assignments and pass the exam, you can get a certificate of honor.

Can tuition be paid in installments?

Yes, it can be paid in installments. The conditions for splitting payments are discussed individually for each specific case.

Would you like your company to pay for this course?

Apply and we will help convince your management to invest in your knowledge!
