The Course Program

Types of leaders and types of teams

We will help you to create an idea of a modern leader of the XXI century, and determine what he should and should not be. You will analyze the personality theory and apply the most popular typologies to the teams. You will learn to identify your strengths and growth zones, to feel when you lose connection with the construct. Listen and see others without evaluating "he is good or bad". You will understand what questions should be asked in order to create a team and work on common goals.

Emotional intelligence and the science of the corporeality of a manager

We will show you how to make the right decision when working with people in conditions of limited information. You will learn to understand other people's emotions. Also, you will find out why empathy is needed and how it can be developed. We teach you to respond correctly and not to follow impulses. The first part of the lecture will only be about the theory. In the second part, we will analyze practical cases, and learn to understand what decision to make and how to convey unpleasant information. You will get acquainted with the exercises for working with emotions, and how to create our life hacks for daily practice.

Setting goals for teams and telling you about rewards

You will learn how to set clear goals, and how to compare company goals with the personal goals of your employees. We will show you how to set goals so that people strive for them. You will learn to use performance management for employee development. You will also understand how intangible reward works, and how to set transparent and clear goals that you want to achieve without daily reminders and endless conversations about motivation.

Creating space for changes

No one likes changes, but they help the company to move forward. We teach you how to implement “positive” and “negative” changes. Let's analyze the existing settings and learn to create a space that helps to achieve goals and positive change. You will learn how to provide feedback, at the same time how to use it properly to create a comfortable space for the team. How to conduct 1-1 if you are a leader and if you work in a team

You will analyze the classic techniques of motivation and the main paradoxes of involving people in the project.
